Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Standard Shipping:
- Puerto Rico: Typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery.
- USA: Typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery.
- Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional cost, with delivery typically within 2-3 business days for both Puerto Rico and the USA.
International Shipping:
We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, typically ranging from 7-18 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Domestic Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
International Shipping: Costs vary based on destination and order size. Exact shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Undeliverable Packages
Return to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
Local Pickup Policy
We offer local pickup as an additional option for customers in Puerto Rico.

Kirra’s Jewelry Pickup Point
7 Calle Tabonuco, Guaynabo, PR 00968
(Near Plaza San Patricio — coworking space entrance)
All pickups occur outside the main entrance of the coworking space.
Pickup Hours
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Important Pickup Requirements
- Pickups are available only on the date and time selected at checkout.
- Arriving outside your selected window may result in no staff available to attend your pickup.
- If you miss your pickup window, you may reschedule by replying to your order confirmation email.
How Pickup Works
- Select Local Pickup at checkout.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your pickup details.
- When you arrive, reply to your Order Confirmation Email with “I’m here” or send a message from your order page.
- We will meet you at the entrance.
- Customers do not enter the coworking space unless instructed.
